Cross-Cultural Management

The introduction of a culture into an existing environment creates challenges namely cultural differences and unfamiliarity, inter-group posture, and the accompanying experience of stress. Although when managed correctly allows a shared system of values to emerge. It is these cross cultural encounters which not only endeavour to achieve outcomes but develop standards and methods along the way in achieving those outcomes. A level of cultural intelligence will be developed within the third-culture which transcends all cultures and creates increasing interdependence.
